Job Description:
? To understand architecture, design, and development aspects of enterprise application, reporting and planning
  systems.
? Participate in the design and development of new systems to be incorporated into the existing business
  environment.
? Use technical competence to drive innovation and engineering standards/best practices across the organization.
? Ability to work individually with minimal direction, and on a larger development team.
Skills Required:
? University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. (BE/ B. Tech / M. CA/ BCA).
? Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF
  Web Services, and ADO.NET.
? Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, data Access Layer)
  along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
? Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player.
? Demonstrable excellent oral, written and computer communication skills.
? 3 years of development experience is desirable.
? To understand the work culture and challenging environment of a tech start-up.
