Job Description: 

Attend industry events, conferences and functions to gain knowledge and provide feedback of industry trends.

Development of strong relationship with existing and new customers.

Use industry events and conferences as networking opportunities to acquire new customers.

Identify and develop the company’s unique product or service differentiator by analyzing the market and competitors.

Consult with senior management to develop new distribution channels and campaigns to increase sales.

Identify new services and distribution channels to increase sales.

Consult with senior management to develop new distribution channels and campaigns to increase sales Management and Research.

Forecast sales targets and make sure that they are being met by the account officers.

Provide business development training to business development team to ensure company is portrayed in the best light and to maximize on opportunities of increased sales for company.

Ensure data is accurately recorded and updated within the internal system.

Keep track of new products or services offered by the company and ensure team is kept up to date of the companies goals and product at all time.

Establish and ensure adherence to company sales process and methodologies.

Mentor team to ensure team meets maximum number of prospecting meetings per month to achieve sales targets.

Skills Required: 

Establish strong relationships with decision makers in client organizations.

Develop and maintain annual sales plans that support the quarterly and annual targets.

Supply market and industry feedback to senior and mid management.

Dealing with day to day sales issues within designated territory.

Timely completion of all management reports.

Ensure effectiveness of sales plan and its implementation.

Ensure sales target are met.
