Desired experience - 1 to 3 years.

Batch - 2011, 2012 and 2013 Only.

Course specialization - B.E/B.Tech(CS/IT/EEE/Mech Only)/MCA

Probation/Training Period - 6 Months

Salary - Rs. 1.80 to 3.00 LPA CTC (No Bar for deserving candidates)

Service Level Agreement - 18 Months Service Agreement. The candidate is liable to Rs.50000/- to Upto Rs. 1,00,000/- to be paid if the candidate leaves before 18 months.

Interview Process - 1st week of April 2014.

Job Description/Responsibilities/Skills Set required

Profile 1 - PHP Developer (1-3 Years’ Experience)

• Strong experience in web development.
• Strong experience in PHP.
• Strong experience in MySQL.
• Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript libraries, such as jQuery.
• Working knowledge of at least one MVC framework (e.g., Zend Framework, Yii, CodeIgniter, ...)
• Good knowledge in implementing 3rd party API.
• Good knowledge of common open source tools and CMS.
• Good knowledge of making Web Services/API is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of ecommerce based solutions (Magento etc.) is a strong plus point.

Profile 2 - Android Developer (1-2 Years’ Experience)

• Proficient in Java and Android 2.x to 4.x .
• Experience in dealing with Server Side using web services.
• Understanding of asynchronous client/server interfacing using JSON/XML.
• Experience in handling the performance and memory of Android App.
• Experience in User Experience for Android devices.
• Experience in building tablet applications is a plus.
• Experience in C/C and Android NDK is a plus.
• Understanding of OOP principle.

Bonus Points

• Live application(s) on the Google Market Place is a strong plus.
• Passion about joining the mobile application industry.
• Good at visualization & making clean layouts.
• Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time.
• Desire to change the existing paradigms, think out of the box and sharp analytical mind.
• Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

Profile 3 - iPhone Developer (1-2 Years’ Experience)

• Well versed with iPhone Application development.
• Excellent knowledge of Objective C, C and OOPS concepts, Cocoa, GPS, SQLite, iPhone SDK, Xcode, XML, JSON, MVC architecture etc
• The coder should be well versed with using web services, Interface Builder & Debugging tools, multithreading etc.
