Job Description:
SALES
1. Field Sales Executive (B2B Sales):
- Listening to restaurant requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to make a DO sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing restaurants in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Will be responsible for responding to enquiries via email and call
- Gathering market & customer information
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal email process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
2. Client Relations- Client Servicing Executive:
- Identifying & generating new sales and leads.
- Making reports and gathering market intelligence for the management and engaging with Marketing Team to ensure the solutions being presented to the client meets / exceeds expectations.
- Exploring and Assisting in achieving Potential Revenue through Repeat Business from Existing Clients & by new business by proposing innovative Brand Activation Solutions
- Liaison between Client, Front End and Backend in order to ensure smooth execution of projects undertaken
OPERATIONS
1. Tech Support (B2B Sales):
- Must have basic knowledge of setting up LAN and WiFi networks for mobile devices
- Must be proficient in handling smart phones and tablets
- Maintaining and developing relationships and responding to enquires with existing restaurants in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Must have good communication skills (spoken & written)
2. Data QA:
- Responsible for updating the content & ensuring the quality of the data on the website
- Interacting with restaurant owners and PR’s to procure required information
- Must have good spoken & communicative English
- Good attention to detail & ability to multi-task
- Should have good knowledge in MS Excel
- Photoshop experience is a plus
3. Data DVE:
- Maintaining the hygiene of the information and uploading images on the website
- Documenting and maintaining a record of all the information gathered
- Scanning documents for dissemination / circulation
- Perform regular verification and validation checks over the phone
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office
- Must have good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
4. Reconciliation Executive (Field):
- Reconciliation, billing and collection of assigned Restaurants
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Should have basic computer knowledge
- Must be confident & self-motivated and have strong personality and a team player
5. Reservation Executive:
- Taking inbound calls & provide solutions to the end users
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Experience into Customer Service, Tele-calling is a plus
- Should have basic computer knowledge
- Must be confident & self-motivated and have strong personality and a team player
6. Reconciliation Executive (Tele):
- Making calls to Diners.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Should have basic computer knowledge
- Must be confident & self-motivated and have strong personality and a team player
Interview Process: Written test followed by GD and face-to-face interviews
