 is an Indian based company. It provides search services and is made available on Website and Mobile. The company's headquarters is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.[7] It has offices in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata and Pune.[8] The customers are required to call a hotline number and ask the operator what service they are looking for (e.g. restaurants, hospitals, banks etc.) and in which area. In turn the operator will send them an email and an SMS with the information. Apart from this, customers can search for the information of any specific business on the Website and Mobile Application. Just Dial was in news on November, 10 2017 for expected acquisition by Google and based on this news the share prices at NSE rose about 20%.


1) Tele Marketing Executive

Job Description:-

  • Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of JD in the minds of new prospective clients (SMEs)
  • Contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services
  • Explain advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer's interest
  • Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered
  • Advises customer on variables and options to assist customer in making decision
  • Explain products or services and prices
  • Computes estimate or final cost of sale and presents information to customer
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
  • Coordinating with Marketing executive and the client till the deal is closed
  • Meeting daily/ weekly/ monthly targets
  • Maintaining Follow Ups data
  • Working on Follow up data 
  • Maintaining MIS and data for future course of action
  • Giving Feedback to Team Lead on prospects or Follow up clients

Skills Required:-

  • Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • English and Regional Language
  • Judging Human Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch
  • Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer
  • Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate
  • The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer
  • Basic Qualification : Any Graduate / HSC passed.

Salary Offered :- Rs. 14,000/- starting + Incentives.(5 days working in a week.)

2) Certified Internet Consultant

Job Description:

  • A person who has to spread awareness about Just Dial as being its Ambassador.
  • He has to meet every kind of business / commercial establishment and educate them how Just Dial is beneficial for them
  • He has to create in them awareness and interest as what win-win situation Just Dial can create for their business objective
  • He will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit all sorts of business establishments (small to big), meet the customers, make an entry of complete details of their business establishment and pitch about signing up with Just Dial and thus convert those prospects to customers.
  • Should have strong conviction to make career in Sales and Marketing.

Job Specification:

  • Energetic, hardworking youngster
  • Good communications skills in English and Hindi
  • If the candidate is not from Mumbai , they should be ready to relocate to Mumbai for the same.(No accommodation shall be provided by the company)

Salary :

They will be hired at a salary of Rs. 20,000/- pm(for Mumbai ) + I Pad Reimbursement + Incentives ( 8% flat on every sale)
Candidates should have their own I Pad or should be ready to buy one;the cost of the same (not exceeding Rs.36,000) will be reimbursed to the employees in 36 monthly installments.

3) Information Retrieval Officer (IRO) Part Time/Full Time

Job Description

  • Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller,using a very user friendly software.
  • Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
  • Ensure that the duration of the call is within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT).

Timings for Full Time - Boys-Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours)
Girls-Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours) No Night Shift

4) Data Content (Backoffice)


  • Having 0-3 years of e-commerce market place operations
  • Work experience or academic background in e-retail, e-commerce, catalog development and Web/Internet would be an added advantage
  • Extremely internet savvy
  • Someone who shops online or looks for deals online would be a plus
  • Should possess good analytical and quantitative skills
Skills & Responsibilities:

5) Business Development Executive:-

Job Description:-

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • gathering market and customer information;
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
