About Us: DesiMD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. was set up in August 2012, by a group of NRI doctors (in USA) committed to delivering customized healthcare services to Indian community, all over the world.This concept took birth when one of our doctors on board, found it challenging to find a specialist online, to treat a family member for a serious illness. He also found that there was no quality information all at one place, which led him to spend a lot of time researching on the web.

For Customer Care and Telesales Executive: Rs.1.2 LPA - Rs.1.8 LPA

For Business Development Manager: Rs.2.4 LPA - 6 LPA

Desired Experience: 0-3 Years

Tentative Date Of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate

Job Description: 

Fix up appointments with the subscribed Suraksha Card customers for consultations with DesiMD doctors or doctors registered.

Respond to customer enquiries of DesiMD products and services (Suraksha Cards and Health Checkups).

Facilitate over telephone to the customers purchased health checkups online on the day of health checkups at the hospitals.

Request feedback of the services and the service at the hospitals or diagnostic centers.   

Skills Required: Candidate should be familiar with English,Hindi,Telugu,Tamil,Kannada,Malayam.

B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.E-Com., B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA, M.Sc., MBA
