For BDE and Jr.Software Developer: Fresher
For BDM and Sr.Software Developer: 3-5 Years

Job Description and Skills Required: 

Profile 1: For Business Development-

Develop good understanding of products/Technologies.

Be aware about technical innovations happening in the industry.

Generating Leads through cold calling and email marketing.

Identify prospective and target clients.

To pitch and get new business for the company as per targets set for him/ her for the year through online bidding portals (Elance/Guru/Odesk and other).

Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations.

To actively follow-up with prospects and clients where pitches were made with a view to convert.

Must be proficient in MS excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

Must be very active on Social Media like Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

Excellent Negotiation skills, Proactive, Interpersonal Skills, Analytical skills, Superior presentation.

Excellent Written and spoken English as well as communication skills.

Wanting to thrive in start-up and entrepreneurial environment and take up challenges head-on.

Profile 2: For Software Developer: 

Candidate has to work and must have good knowledge of PHP/MYSQL,OOPs.

Candidate should have strong analytical logical skills.

He/She should be a good team player, punctual , disciplined and good capability of learning and grasping things.

Interview Process: Written Test (Logical,Technical and Puzzles) , Face to Face Interview and HR Round
