Probation/Training Period: 5 months

Salary Details:

During Probation Period: INR 1.8 LPA

Level 1: INR 3.6 LPA

Level 2: INR 4.8 LPA

Bond: Candidates have to sign 2 Year Service Level Agreement

Job Description:

Intern:

-The Intern will be involved in live projects and will be trained to adapt the basic project management activities and workflows along with training on various technical aspects of the project
-The Intern will be put under different technology stacks and hence trained to become a complete Trainee/Software Engineer
-The Intern will be exposed to various concepts of Database designs, Analytics, Coding semantics, Patterns, Algorithms and Proposal development (as applicable)
-After 6 months of internship program, the Intern will enter into Level 1 of training.

Trainee L1:

-The trainee will continue with the training program of Level 1 with more layers of complexity and diverse situations
-The trainee will be exposed to client interactions
-There maybe travel required for onsite support

Trainee L2:

-The trainee will continue with the training program of Level 2 with more layers of complexity and diverse situations
-The trainee will be exposed to client interactions
-There maybe travel required for onsite support

Skills Required:

Software Engineer: knowledge of web development, microsoft technologies, open source technology, CMS,mobile applications,Asp.Net,Php,Wordpress

Graphic Designer: Adobe photoshop, Illustrator

Data Analyst: Data Validation,MS Access,My SQL,MSSQL

Business Analyst: Good presentation skills, attention to detail,team coordination
