Desired Profile:
- 1+ years of relevant telesales experience
- E-commerce, High end credit card tele-sales background preferred.
PROFILE 2: Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
- Taking care of inbound calls.
- Handling customer emails.
- Ensuring proper documentation and timely follow up with internal teams and customers for issue resolution.
- Making outbound calls, as and when required.
- Timely resolution of all the concerns of the customers.

- Minimum 12 months of Commercial Buses/Trucks/Tempo Travellers Sales Experience in Dealerships.
- Preferably Commercial Buses Dealerships ) for various vehicle Brands like SML – ISUZU, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Eicher, Force Motors etc.
