Apptology is a start-up technology company that has been developing custom mobile applications for over two years and has over 100 applications in its portfolio which includes apps for businesses, games, entertainment, pizza ordering, calculators, directories, training, tourism and many more. The last couple of months Apptology has shifted its focus and is now positioned to take advantage of offering ReadyBuilt mobile apps at a lower price point while providing a highly functional sales and marketing tool to a large population of companies who never considered utilizing a mobile application to market their business.

Interview Process:

- Verbal Test (Communication Skills Test)

- Written Technical Round (coding test)*

- Face to face interview

Profile1: Android Developer

Job Description:

- Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions

- Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences as per requirements

- Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort

- Optimizing performance for the apps

Skills Required:

- Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)

- Familiar with the Android SDK

- Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar Database Management System

- Familiar with Eclipse

Profile 2: iOS Developer

Job Description:

- Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions

- Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences as per requirements

- Standardizing the platform and in some cases apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort

- Optimizing performance for the apps

Skills Required:

- Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C

- Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location)

- Strong command on XCode.

Profile 3: PHP developer

Job Description:

- Developing and Debugging website/webapps as per the client needs

- Delivering high quality product

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of PHP Smarty, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Web Services (JSON, XML etc)

- Familiar with MySQL, WordPress
