Job Description:

Profile 1: PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

SALARY: 2 LPA- 2.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

The work is predominantly handling vendors for scheduling and coordinating all procurement related activities. As a part of this position, finding out new vendors and dealing with them is one of the key area. This is a high responsibility and high ownership role, where candidates will be responsible for independent modules of work, and provide ample opportunity to demonstrate capability, commitment and enthusiasm towards work. Candidates have to make ensure that there is sufficient inventory with the company and new technology are being introduced.

Skills-set Required:

Extremely strong Verbal Communication, good verbal communication.

Good command over English language.

Internet Savvy, Good Typing Speed.

Hands on experience of MS Word & MS Excel

PROFILE 2: SPECIALIST TALENT ACQUISITION

SALARY: 2 LPA- 2.5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding the manpower requisition from the concerned department.

To generate JD’s based on specifications.

Identifying critical/unique/niche positions for building talent pipeline.

Sourcing from various job boards.

Screening & Short-listing the candidates.

Scheduling the candidates.

Track interviews and candidates sourced.
Pre & Post interview follow ups with various departments and updating candidates with their feedback.

Release offer letters.

Coordination of Induction & On boarding activities for new joiners.

Proactive follow ups with the Offer Made candidates till their joining with Eatlo.

Skill-set Required:

Good communication (Written & Verbal) skills.

Hands on experience with Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling.

Should have knowledge working on Microsoft Excel

PROFILE 3: ASSOCIATE CONTENT TEAM

SALARY: 2 LPA- 2.5 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role requires direct ownership of handling & processing customer orders while coordinating with different teams within operations towards successful inventory management, fulfillment, dispatching and order delivery. This is a high responsibility and high ownership role, where candidates will be responsible for independent modules of work, and provide ample opportunity to demonstrate capability, commitment and enthusiasm towards work.

Our work culture is highly productivity and action oriented. Candidates who demonstrate the required skill-sets will be rewarded in terms of role and compensation within 3-6 months. This role will require the candidate to report directly to the Operations Manager of the respective team.

Skill-set Required:

Good analytic skills and problem solving aptitude – most critical. Necessary to be efficient at work.

Good communication skills – can explain thoughts clearly and crisply.

Attention to detail – mandatory to be able to do work error-free.

Good command over written English – essential to interact with partners (internal and external).

Hands on working experience with computer applications like MS Word, MS Excel.
