Job Description:
Primary:
- Support of Microsoft M365 platform
- Implementation and Migration to Microsoft 365
- Solution Design, Pricing and Demonstration of Microsoft 365 Services

Secondary:
- Support, Implementation and Migration of other cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud

Skill Set Required:
Primary:
- Expert on Microsoft 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Documentation Skills
- Well versed in customer interactions
- Quick and self-learner
- Passionate about technology and its use
- Embrace Challenges and a smart worker
- Team Player, sincere and responsible

Secondary:
- Knowledge of any other cloud platform – Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of On premises technologies - Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Server, System
- Center, basic networking, IT operations

Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience on Microsoft 365
- Maximum Experience – 2 Years
- Experience on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
- Experience with on premises technologies and networks is a plus
