Job Descriptions:
Join us as a Modern Workplace Engineer to deliver our vision of modern workplace for our customers. You will work within a team that enables and support modern workplace environments for our customers.
This role requires close collaboration with various internal and external technology and business team. You should have a customer-obsessed attitude with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 is required and it will be preferred if you have experience on mobile device management

Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management technologies, preferably Microsoft Intune
- Experience in support, implementation, deployment and management of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS flow
- Assist with documenting existing workflows and requirements for process changes and/or SharePoint sites
- Knowledge of browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, etc.) and how they relate to O365 services
- Basic computers and networks understanding

- Good Documentation skills
- Willingness & capability to learn new technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
- Knowledge of competing products and industry standard implementation methodologies
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems
- Ability to comprehend the solutions and services offered by Mismo Systems and to communicate the value proposition to prospects
- Interest and Ability to learn the technology
