Job Description :
-The mobile developer will be required to design, develop, test, document, deploy, support and sustain the mobile apps--iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Mobile-- interface and libraries. Collaborate with UX for product definition and use cases. Assist with defining technical and functional user stories
-Identifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining work and improving support. Initiates activities and projects in order to support current and future business needs. Identifies and implements opportunities for innovation and process improvement
-Should have Customer Interaction skills
-Ability to explain technical aspects of a solution to a non-technical audience.
-Make technology and design decisions to deliver a fast, secure and insanely usable
-Work with the server team to define needs and APIs that will provide the best user experience
-Create beautiful UI and intuitive UX that will delight users

Skill Set Required:
-Strong experience working with business units to understand requirements and objectives
-Ability to break down business requirements into prioritized technical work
-Cross functional development with iOS and Android is desired.
-Experience and understanding of one or more major relational database management system.
-Strong mobile UI design and implementation experience, including prototyping
-Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration
-Test Driven Development (TDD)
-Strong in depth knowledge in iOS SDK, device APIs, objective C (or) Android SDK, device APIs, Java
-Expertise in integrating with various back end services
-Expertise in developing custom widgets with flexibility and reusability in mind
-Expertise in Publishing mobile applications to Apple and Google app stores
-Expertise in XHTML/HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSTL, Ajax & JQuery
-Expertise with source control (SVN, Git)
-Good knowledge of HTML5/CSS 3
-Strong understanding of REST &SOAP
-Good knowledge of XCode, Titanium, PhoneGap, Sencha, Xamarine or other tools is a plus
-Expertise in app memory management, multithreading, networking & Security
-Expertise in developing responsive UI for mobile devices
