Skills Required:
Must have worked in Workforce Management(WFM) and Real Time Management (RTM)
Should have working knowledge in Capacity planning, Scheduling, Forecasting.
Must having experience in these key skills:-
The number of calls expected over a period of time (e.g. per half an hour).
The time period.
Average Handling Time (AHT).
Service level.
Target answer time.
Maximum Occupancy.
Shrinkage.
Roles and Responsibilites:
Prepares intraday reports on staff attendance.
Manages changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage.
Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain running report of attendance incidents.
Monitor attendance and schedule adherence.
Use accuracy of schedule measurements for continuous improvement, including making recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and team member satisfaction.
Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Education:
B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BMM, BMS, M.A., M.Tech./M.E.
