Zolo is a Nexus funded, pre-series B company which provides fully managed co-living spaces which are fun, flexible and functional. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Delhi and Kota, and fast expanding to other geographies. Founded by alumni of IIMs, IITs, AIIMS, ISB, we are at a team size of 500+.
Our managed co-living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations / hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities with a promise of high quality. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security and a vibrant community. We are now looking to aggressively expand our operations in existing as well as new markets

Profile Offered: MEP Engineer

Job Location: Pune

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Key Requirements:

 

  • Prior experience in maintenance/supervision work
  • Basic educational qualification upto SSC (BE / ITI Electrical will be a plus)
  • Owns and knows how to ride a two-wheeler is mandatory
  • Basic use of a smartphone, excel, and emails is a plus
  • Fluency in English is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of local language is mandatory

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Supervise all kinds of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Building related work in all the Zolo properties
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
  • Conduct regular inspection tours of the properties to ensure all operating equipment is working correctly
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in a proper condition
  • Find vendors for various materials required for property setup
  • Keep a proper track record of various projects and follow timelines
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
