Job Description:
- Attend to on- site service complaints.
- Create Monthly and weekly reports and documentation.
- Capability to communicate with customers to meet their expectations with good Knowledge of english and locallanguage.
- Demonstration and Installation of equipments as per company protocol.
- Maintain and Prepare data on customer complaints.
- Willing to work in flexible hours.

Skill Set Required:
- Must be a team player, posses a good attitude and be self- disciplined.
- Required Basic knowledge of Electronics and Electrical.
- Candidate will have good knowledge of basic soldering and board level repair,additional training will be provided by the company as required.
