Job Description:

-Multiple openings for mechanical design engineers

-Mechanical : B.Tech (Mechanical). NX Software.

-Develop 3D CAD models and 2D fabrication drawings,

-Select OEM components as appropriate for the design,

-Meet functional, performance, cost, and schedule requirements.

-Prior experience in SEMI CONDUCTOR Domain will be added advantage.

-Hiring for 2nd (evening) shift.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Experience with selection and application design of Precision drives / controls, control / feedback instrumentations, Pneumatic, Electrical, hydraulic package and control systems.

-Experience in precision mechanisms design. Semi and vacuum equipment experience is an advantage.

-Experience with design of high vacuum chamber modules, including chamber body design, sealing surface specifications, material selection, vacuum control, etc.

-Experience in design, material selection of sheet metal, machined, casted / molded parts with appropriate knowledge on manufacturability, tooling involvement and cost aspects.

-Extensive knowledge in GD&T, stack-up analysis and DFx methodologies.

-Experience in performing engineering estimates and proposals.

-Candidate should be able to travel overseas, based on need.

-Demonstrated work in Matrixed Organizations.

-Candidate should be hard-working, able to work under pressure conditions, able to work in long hours/shifts, must be willing to work in eve/night shifts, excellent English communication skills, team player, positive attitude, independent, honest, reliable.
