Desired Experience: 1-3 years

Target Batch Passout: 2014-2016

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 2.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.Tech /MBA(Sales & Marketing)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Candidate will have the responsible to manage and grow the business of the company
- Candidate would be managing the operations of Sales & Marketing activities across locations.
- He shall be responsible for new strategic alliances by preparing proposals, presentation and concept notes.
- Internal motivation and a high desire to achieve.
- Reasonable lateral thinking and ability to come with new ideas and solutions to problems
- Demonstrate Patience and resilience especially during the period from spawning of new business ideas to the point of closure.
- Management and team-building skills, including the ability to build and mentor a high performance team and manage the projects efficiently
- Achieve new orders/booking and gross margin goals.
- Develops and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for new construction projects.
- Team selling with other salesperson.
- Achieve the targets given.
