Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with relevant experience in Direct/corporate sales/Enterprise Sales/Channel Sales
-Should have good negotiation Skills.
-Generating the new business.
-Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
-Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.
-build good working relationships
-understand the needs of your business customers
-research the market and related products
-present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
-Responsible for sales promotion and growth of business in the assigned area.
-Sales forecasting as per targets and as per budgets.
-Plan, Participate, monitor, follow-up marketing and other promotional activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers/ area & end customers/ users.
-Prepare business plan, sales forecast, sales and marketing activity plan, timely execution & effective implementation of the same.
-Plan and carry out sales visits for promoting and creating pull for our products in the market. Customer contact.
-Map and update customer database based on size, business parameters, business issues/ expectations, growth plans, focus areas, key processes etc.
-Enhancing and developing the authorized dealer network/ OEMs in the region.
-Promote the product awareness and brand visibility among the OEM in the region.
-Monitor and report market feedback, with respect to industry, competition etc.
