Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work on preparing the list of suppliers (traders, wholesalers, manufacturers, and exporters) in the cluster dealing with leather products and categorize them by micro, small, medium, and large.
2. Work on identifying the leather products and volume of sales in the cluster and dentify local sales, domestic sales, and global sales.
3. Work on finding out the challenges they are facing in their business.
this should be organized by the size of the company (micro, small, medium, and large) and the type of supplier (manufacturer, wholesaler, trader, and exporter).
4. Work on finding out the challenges they are facing with online platforms.
5. Work on preparing a survey questionnaire for primary research.
6. Work on getting the information through primary research by talking to the suppliers across a wide spectrum (different company sizes and supplier types).
