Salary: INR 1.5 LPA - INR 3 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Good knowledge of the property market.
-Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers and sellers.
-Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices,
-mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
-Perform comparative Market analysis.
-Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
-Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
-Identify target markets and analyse current market trends.
-Research customers’ needs and wants as well as competition information.
-Manage promotional activities to endorse products.
-Market research and competitor analysis.
-Prepare necessary paper works.
-Maintain and update listings of available properties.
-Must have good communication in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil.
-Must have qualities like communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
-Must have basic computer knowledge.
-Candidate should be smart and active.
