Stone Plus was born on 1st December, 2010 by its founder and CEO Mr. Prasan Shah.The founder has an experience of over 15 years in the natural stone industry having worked with various aspects of the business right from quality checks to representing one of the largest exporters of Granite from India, Pokarna Ltd, as General Manager – Marketing, for a period of 9 years. The idea of creating a company came into being from the fact that there are umpteen resources of natural stones all over the vast landscape of India. There is also a vast demand of the same around the world. However, the bottle neck has always been a reliable partner for both, the manufacturers as well as the buyers. There have been innumerable instances when manufacturers have deceived buyers with the kind of material sent as well as buyers deceiving manufacturers by non-payment of dues or making false claims with regard to quality.​
