- Accounts Executive is responsible for spearheading and leading the Customer Enrolment and Engagement Program in the assigned territory.
- Identify new customers that fit our profile.
- Understand specific industry characteristics of each segment including key needs and buying patterns.
- Meet the prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
- Provide inputs to the Product team and review them regularly for achieving the planned business objectives.
- Responsible for achieving the targets around enrollments, paid & free consumer additions & revenue.
- Identify Lead generators like Channel Partners, CFAs, Agents etc.
- Assist in planning BTL activities to get the desired business.
- Maintain superior knowledge of competitor products and capabilities along with local market trends
- Develop annual plans with clearly defined metrics on all fronts Sales & Partners Enrolments
- Closing sales and achieving territory/quota goals.
- Responsible for successful roll-out of the product in designated territory
- Provide training on a continuous basis to customers.
- Active involvement in removing obstacles that interfere with effectively serving customer needs
- Effectively articulate our Vision and work within our Values.
- Provide a positive experience to clients and prospects at every interaction.
Skill Set Required:
- Passion for sales and clear understanding of the importance of sales activities as a key to succeed
- Strong passion and desire to make a difference to our clients and Signity.
- Ability to interact with small businesses like Shopkeepers, Clinics, Schools, Restaurants etc. essential.
- A flair of Market Research Study
- Ability to conduct fantastic product demos.
- Love for online software (especially Mobile Apps), the internet and cool emerging technologies
- Ownership of your own results.
