- Candidate will have to understand the products and services offered by the Organization and than Identify and develop marketing strategy for potential customers.
- Candidate will be involved in formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with management.
- Candidate will be directing the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
