-Writes website content, articles, brochures, ads, press releases and other related informative, marketing and promotional materials.
-Writes to customers in their terms and on their level so that the message is more readily received.
-Coordinates multiple copy projects simultaneously.
-Develops and creates original concepts, writes, proofreads and edits copy for product information materials.
-Develops advertising campaigns for social media, works with the director and determines the best way to present marketing information.
-Builds editorial support for marketing ideas and projects.
-Establishes and continually updates writing standards to improve quality, user satisfaction and positively affect product management results.
-Establishes and track standards for efficiency and output quality.
-Interacts with product managers,marketing,sales,technology and other groups as needed.
-Proofreads and ensures that copy is accurate, clearly written and adheres to all style,corporate and brand standards prior to being released for review, layout or publication.
-Responsible for engaging with customers and fans on all social media sites and be an evangelist for digital/social best practices.
-Develop and maintain a community and social media editorial calendar aligned with corporate initiatives including product and solution launches, special offers, events, etc
-Partner with Digital Marketing and other marketing stakeholders to support key initiatives
-Drive our strategy for social listening and community engagement in order to join and drive the conversation on various social media platforms
-Takes and active role in developing clear and differentiated branding positions.

-Media production communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
