Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Attend to customers inside the store and answer telephone calls and inquiries.
-Handles cashiering inside the store and the book fairs and prepare daily cash count and item performance.
-Monitor stocks display and request items needed from warehouse.
-Check price tags of each item and updates the same.
-Request for store supplies needed and update record of daily sales of store.
-Receive orders and inquiries thru telephone and relays messages to sales distributor concerned
-Check and answers e-mail inquiries
-Prepare price quotation for local and foreign inquiries and orders
-Forward foreign orders receive to Billing and monitors delivery
-Prepares summary of foreign orders
-Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-Research and analyze market conditions and opportunities.
-Good handling and preparation of sales status reports in MS-Office Word, Excel etc.
-Map potential customers and competitors for the product.
-Coordinate with the editorial, accounting and administrative departments.
- Promote initial follow ups for sales prospects of the product.
-Develop procedures for E-Marketing and Internet advertising and all other forms of sales and marketing.
-Maintain hard copies and electronic filing systems.
Prepare and log documents for check preparation
- Helps clean the store

-Confidence and strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills
-Commercial awareness and adaptability
-Ability to read, analyze professional journals and knowledge of government. Regulations and requirements.
-Creativity and good team working skills
-Good in oral and written communication skills and numerical skills
