Job Description:

- Should have knowledge of computers
- Operational experience in reception, concierge and gust relations
- Good communication skills
​- Proactive attitude to track the dynamic market conditions
- Constant research on the current market trends & competition activities.
- Coordinating with CRS team regarding various queries related to hotel tariffs and inventories.
- Initiate contract agreements and credit arrangements with suppliers.
- Maintaining and building good relationship with travel agents/hotel authorities/suppliers​
- Ensuring the delivery of the holiday experience to the agreed Company standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of holidays/travels
- Performs any other duties or responsibilities that the management may assign from time to time.
