Salary Details: INR 1.5 LPA - INR 2.4 LPA

Marketing –Plan on overall positioning and go-to-market approach for the company.
PR - Participate and drive brand-building and promotional activities for GoFeliz (Online, offline and On-ground).
Market Research - Understanding market players and competitive intelligence - ability to connect with home-service staff (Plumber, Electrician and Carpenter) and understand end-customers.
Business Partnerships - Cold calling, seeking appointments and meeting with prospects to explain company\'s offering and facilitate management meetings.
Network Development - Develop a robust operational model to source, recruit, and select workers who have the required motivation and ability to thrive at GoFeliz.
Engage the local worker community through online and offline interactions; implement methods, tactics, and collateral to increase brand awareness among workers.
Build and manage a process to ensure newly-on boarded workers have the necessary information and opportunity to succeed at GoFeliz.
Entrepreneurial drive and passion with hands-on attitude.
Dynamics and outgoing person with ability to network and attitude to get work done.
Operational understanding of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry services.
Extracurricular leadership experience a strong plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English).
Ability to develop and manage recruiting processes and programs at scale.
Skill and appetite to operate at high pace and quality in an entrepreneurial context.
