Job Responsibilities & Desired Candidate Profile:

Marketing Executive:
- Candidate need to communicate with target audiences to develop customer relationships.
- Candidate need to provide help in marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
- Candidate need to source advertising opportunities and have to place adverts in the press or on the radio.
- Candidate need to implement and improve new or existing software applications.
- Candidate need to write and proof-read marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
- Candidate need to organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
- Candidate should be able to arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Candidate need to conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

Business Development Executive:
- Candidate need to identify new sales leads.
- Candidate need to pitch products and services.
- Candidate need to do research organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Candidate need to attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Candidate need to prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Candidate need to negotiate and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
