Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Regular Calling and Interaction with existing customers and partners pan India and taking feedback on Service and Support Issues and AMC Contracts.
- Maintaining customer data in CRM portal.
- Logging customer complaints in CRM portal and allocating Engineers for fixing Hardware and Software Issues over remote and physical visits
- Responding to Inward telephonic customer calls and suggesting suitable solution consulting the concerned person as required.
- Procuring Weekly Reports of Engineers and Prepare Consolidated Report pan India
- Projecting AMC Contracts Yearly
