Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Responsible for the retail catalog by accurately classifying and correcting data of existing SKUs
-Creatively and Strategically catalog products by collecting data from vendor catalog, vendor websites, competitor websites & retail partner websites and update our retail catalog
-Setting up scalable processes to gather information from different sources to provide accurate information in an automated / structured fashion
-Making recommendations to improve and maximize the conversion % on the accuracy of the data
-Responsible for resolving Catalog issues with our retail partners and or Market Place Managers
-Coordinating with Vendors to ensure that their products are accurately reflected in our retail catalog
-Focus on methods to enhance product pages by collating videos, photos and attributes
-Improve processes to increase automation & decrease errors in the Catalog process.
-Manage our Store fronts on different Market Places, Drive promotions and sales by rotating our top selling products, design deals and offers in discussions with VDT Managers
-Taking part in planning, organizing and directing the work of the team to achieve maximum output in the most effective manner
-Ensure that our retail catalog is in sync with our retail partners and all their requirements of attributes and details are met
-Track and Improve % accuracy of the data feed submission of the catalog
-To ensure all issues & cases on Catalog discrepancies are resolved in a timely and accurate manner
-Prepare daily, monthly reports and monitor team performance
-Audit, Coach and Improvise efficiency in the team, Cross skill teams within Market places to ensure redundancy
-Improve the % of sales conversion of the catalog at a Vendor / Market level
-Track, manage and Improvise TAT of all catalog updates
