Job Profile: Business Operations             

Job Location: Delhi

Desired experience: 1 Year to 2 Years

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Batch: 2012/2013/2014

Training/Probation Period: 2 Months

Salary: INR 2.5 LPA to INR 4 LPA (Depending upon the candidate’s performance in the interview)

Bond: 3 months service level agreement

Date of Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

Selected candidate will be working on the following:

- Will be working with cross functional teams

- Coordinate with all teams to achieve the goals

- Generate Leads through online and offline sources

- Meet the clients to pitch the product

- Manage daily operations

- Manage existing clients

- Hire & Manage a team of interns

Skills Required:

- 1+ Year experience in Business Operations or related functional areas

- Knowledge of basic aspects of business operations  

- Should be able to manage teams

- Self Learner

- Should take initiative in overall functioning of the company

- Passionate about working in a start-up
