About the Company:
Aspiring Minds is a product based company that develops scientific assessment tools and prediction algorithms for the purpose of human capital evaluation. Aspiring Minds products enable a match between applicants and jobs through a detailed assessment of their capabilities and skills. Our assessment products and proprietary predictive matching algorithms heavily use learning techniques combined with various computer science areas such as speech recognition, program analysis and linguistics. Our products are as varied as assessment of speech, personality, language skills to prediction of performance, attrition, promotion and career success.
Job location: Gurgaon
Desired Experience: 0-2 Years
Training Period: 3 Months
Batch Passout: 2016-18
Salary: INR 3 LPA - INR 5 LPA + Variable
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)
Course Specialization: Any Graduate
Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.
* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.
Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Research and lead generation, pipeline management and strong lead follow-up to conversion.
- Meeting and giving presentation to new and existing government/corporate(s) leads and convincing the CEOs/Directors/VPs about the company\'s products.
- Managing relationship with existing key accounts.
- Daily reporting to Manager about progress.
- Meeting monthly sales and collections targets.
- Develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new opportunities.
- Act as a single point of contact between client and internal teams.
- Making power-point presentations, tender documents, etc
Skill:
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- Good computer skills / MS Word
- Good analytical skills
Interview Process:
- AMCAT (E+L+AMPI+WriteX) + 2 X Interview
Education:
B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., MBA
