Job Profile – Management Trainee

Job Description & Skill Set Required:

Job Description:

1. You will handle initial inbound calls of our clients, fetch the relevant ones and then forward it to the Sales Lead Managers.

2. Proactive approach in reaching out to customers through lead follow-up and emails.

3. Research accounts, identify key players through LinkedIn and other social media platform and start the initial round of discussion and generate interest in your product.

4. Perform effective online presentations to prospects whom you connect from your end.

5. Increase company visibility on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and into other social media Handles.

6. Writing blogs & manage content on social media and on company forums & mailers.

Skill Set Required:

1. Sound communication skills along with fair writing skills.

2. Percentage more than 60% throughout 10, 10+2, Bachelors (Any Stream) 

Salary: Stipend of 12000/- for 6 months

CTC after 6 months: 2.5 - 2.75 LPA

Note: We here would like to mention that this will be 6 months "Management Trainee" profile after the compilation as per your performance your CTC will be between 2.5 - 2.75 LPA. During your Trainee profile your Stipend will be 12,000 per month.
