Management Trainees begin their journey with training in any one of our Manufactuing Units for the 1st Month. Then they are moved through all the other Support functions for the next month and depending upon an aptitude test, it is found out which function a candidate is suitable for (Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain, etc.) we place them in that department for the rest of the time till the candidate completes one year in the organization. After that Another test checks the knowledge acquired by the Candidate and his/her services are regularized with appropriate hike in CTC or the training period gets extended.
Skill Set Required: Fresh MBA/PGDM grads of 2014/2015 with Sales / Marketing / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations.
