Responsibilities:
• Participate in various projects and assignments to develop knowledge and skills in different areas of the company
• Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the company's strategic goals
• Assist with the development of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
• Understand each department's (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry).
• Get familiar with personnel duties.
• Participate in company's strategic planning.
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
SKILLS:
MBA (Marketing)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems -
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others -
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities -
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -
