Job Profile: Management Trainee-Inside Sales
Job Location: Initially will be working in Delhi for 6 months, post completion of 6 months the candidate will be relocated as per the company's requirement.
Course Specialization: B.B.A/B.Com/MBA/MMA
BBA/Bcom:- INR 2.4 LPA Fixed incuding PF + Variable + Incentive
MBA:- INR 3 LPA fixed including PF + Varibale + Incentive
Desired experience: Fresher
Training/Probation Period: 6 Months
Bond: 10 months
Tentative Date of Joining: Immediate

- Introducing, promoting and selling key technology products to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements, being a single point of contact
- Reaching out to new customers and drafting proposals outlining the benefits of our VoiceTree\'s products.
- Assessing client requirements and then customizing solutions/packages as per their needs
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing.
- Understanding the need of customer, taking initial requirement.
- Should be enthusiastic to create new cases, understand customers business and pain areas.
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Develop a clear road map to effectively target clients in key segments, database selection for prospective clients. Explore the market and tap potential clients based on various parameters.
- Self-driven, aggressive sales professional with excellent communication, presentation & convincing skills.
- Should be pleasant, smart, result oriented go-getter.
