Job Location: Bangalore

Stipend : INR 1.44 LPA + accommodation

Salary: INR Up to INR 4.8 LPA

Job Description:

- This is a three semester program (18 months) where the candidate gets exposure to the functional and management aspects of the human resource department .

- Once the candidate has completed all the three semester successfully, based on his aptitude he will be posted by the company as a "Junior Management Executive" with a starting salary of INR 4.8 LPA

- Alternatively, the candidate also will have an option to start a franchise of Crazy Holidays where all the initial supports and ERP support (value worth 8 to 10 lakhs) will be given by the Crazy Holidays.

- During the training period the candidate will be paid stipend of Rs 11000 / 12000/ 13000 per month plus accommodation on sharing basis.
