Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Responsible for complete Plant Maintenance and related activities.
-Responsible for day to day routine maintenance activities, like attending Break Downs
-Planning & executing scheduled preventive maintenance activities, etc.
-Accountable for Planning and procurement of spares required to maintain the available machines in operating condition.
-Ensure and upgrade Annual Maint. Contract for Up keeping of key equipments (e.g., Forklift, DG Set, Compressors, etc.) for uninterrupted services and ensuring availability of critical spares in case of Break Downs.
-Responsible for analyzing reasons of Break Downs on monthly basis & quarterly basis for repetitive problems and ensuring that necessary Corrective and Preventive Actions has been taken.
-Target of achieving Monthly percentage of Break Down is controlled below 10% in next six months & 20% in during 1 year.
-Liasoning with Electrical Contractor and MSEDCL for Annual Electrical Inspection of Plant.
