Job Description :  
-Troubleshooting and configuration of all Apple products. (e.g. MAC Book, I Mac, Mac pro, IPad and IPhones)
-Installation & configuration of printer and Wi-Fi router.
-Configuration of Apple mails and APPS.
-Back up creation of Outlook, Apple mails and entourage.
-Installation & Up gradation of OS X & IOS.
-Support includes fault diagnosis and resolution of IPhone and Mac OS X, provide assistance to customer queries from problem initiation and resolution.

Skill Set Required:

-Need to Handle US & UK Technical Sales/ Support Calls.
-Should Have Good Convincing Power & Selling Skills.
-Excellent Communication Skills Required.
-Basic Technical Knowledge.
-Willingness to work under target oriented environment.
-Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift.
