Salary: INR 3.75 LPA(Fixed) + INR 1.25 LPA(Variable)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning programs offered
- Looking after entire sales lifecycle: starting from engaging with leads till the final conversion
- Counseling professionals via call, email or in person and suggesting the best program for prospective students
- Updating and maintaining MIS reports
- Coordinating with marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions
Skill Set Required:
- Experience: 0 to 1 year in counseling or sales, education industry is a bonus
- Competency: (Top 3)
- Good written & spoken English and pitching skills
- Good convincing ability and confident personality
- Some ability in Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Word
