* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Extensive experience in at least one web programming language (Python, Ruby or PHP)

- Experience with the Django web framework

- Strong competence in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

- Experience with the Postgres relational database system and data modeling

- Experience with Elasticsearch or similar NoSQL software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A passion for high quality systems and software

- An ability to innovate "simply" in the face of overwhelming complexity

- A willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies

- Experience with any JavaScript frameworks (Backbone, AngularJS, Ember)

- Experience developing web applications for optimal performance

- Practical experience integrating with social APIs (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

- Working experience with Linux servers, especially in the cloud (AWS or Rackspace Cloud)

- Experience in scaling data, both relational (Postgres) and NoSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch)

- Understanding of analytics systems

- Exposure to UI/UX and usability best practices

- A basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) concepts
