Job Description:
-Handling a team of 3 to 4 Business Development Managers
-Taking Care of End to End Business Development
-Help the team in getting the best Problem Solving Techniques.
-Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.
-Gaining understanding of customers headcount growth plan and recruitment strategy.
-Working parallel with BDMs, reports to CEO/Business head.

Skills Set Required:
-Should have experience in Both Contract and Permanent Staffing
-Hand on Experience with following Technologies : Oracle, Sap , .Net , Java & testing
-Ability to handle large Accounts.
-Strong communication and inter personal skills.
