SDL is engaged actively in the field of VAS, Enterprise, Technology Solutions, Mobile Advertising and Retail. We are present in over 25 countries with our headquarters in India. We have partnered with all the telecom operators in India and more than 40 telecom operators globally. We have exclusive tie ups with Government organizations and Enterprises to provide mobile solutions. In our retail channel we have a footprint of 4000 retail touch points which give various services like ticketing, shopping, money transfer to the end customers. Job Description :
-Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
-Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders.
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
-Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
-Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with technical teams to ensure growth attainment.
-Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
-End to End collection management.
-Responsible for winning new & profitable business.
-Mapping existing accounts and increasing revenue by cross selling & upselling.

Skill Set Required :
-Good communication skill.

B.Tech/B.E., MBA
