Salary Details: INR 2.16 LPA - INR 3 LPA (Depending upon candidate's skills and performance in interview)

Course Specialization: B.Tech./BCA/MCA (CS/IT/EC)

Batch: 2015-2016

Job Description:

Manage a set of Key Accounts- operating as a single point of contact to your customers.

Understand and then architect and Deliver solutions spanning the IT Network/ Security/ Infrastructure needs of Enterprise Customers.

Operate as a single point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the customers.

Negotiate account management contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely, successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.

Understand (at granular level) and upskill yourself on various solutions (internet research white papers etc.) in order to provide optimum solution to customer need.

CCNA or similar Networking courses- preferred.

Consult with and map customer needs, manage customer accounts

Sell appropriate solutions based on

a). Network management

b). Data Centre Infrastructure, Virtualisation and associated solutioning

c). Unified Communications/Video Conferencing solutions

d). IT/ Network Security solution

Skills Required:

Passion for quality Sales, ability to research best fit solutions, Self Motivated, Team worker.

Basic Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Software etc. Willingness to learn more.

Self learner who practices constant knowledge upskilling.

Decent Communication skills ( verbal & written).

Internet & productivity applications proficient user.

B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA
