Skills Required:
Should be Redhat certified.
Sound Knowledge of VmWare ESXi Virtualization and Linux.
Should have worked on AWS.
Good Knowledge of Network Storage (NAS,SAN).
Must have good exp. in Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls.
Good knowledge of open source network monitoring tools like Nagios, Cacti, etc.
Must have good knowledge of Samba/LDAP based domain environment setup.
Hands on experience on Devops, Docker, Kubernates, Nosql, Mysql, Jenkins, Rundeck.
Must have good knowledge of Apache and Tomcat web servers.
Must be able to implement TLS and SSL secure communications.
Ability to execute various compliance tests including PCI DSS.
Must be able to configure and manage linux servers like DNS, DHCP, Squid, PXE, NTP, etc.
Must be good in configuring and managing linux mail servers like Sendmail, Postfix and Zimbra.
Should have good understanding of bulk mailing techniques.
Must have strong knowledge of IP tables.
Must be able to set up and maintain Version control system (SVN).
Must be able to set up and maintain bugs tracking system (Bugzilla).
Good understanding of Disk Management and partitioning tools like fdisk, sfdisk , parted etc.
Good understanding of LVM (Logical Volume Manager) and RAID concepts.
Must be good in Linux kernel tuning & driver compilation/installation.
Must be able to configure and manage backup and recovery solutions.
Must be able to Upgrade and Patch Linux O/S.
Must be good in OS level hardening.
Very good skills in shell scripting.
Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN/ infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
Independent problem solving & self-direction.
Participate in 24x7 system support rotation and handle escalations.
Review daily status and follow up on any issues within the environments.
Analyze and isolate issues.
Determine network and system requirements.
Should have vendor management experience.
Should have good team handling exposure.
