Job Description and Skills Required:
To work closely with the MM and supervise the marketing team and all aspects of the marketing communications plan.
To deputize for the MM as and when occasionally necessary especially in respect of day-today marketing issues with internal stakeholders.
To work with the MM to manage the overall production of all online and offline marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, adverts, website, e-newsletters and special projects.
To work with the MM to produce innovative and cost effective promotions including copywriting and proofreading for a selection of marketing materials and obtain signoff from relevant stakeholders
To work with the MM to manage the effective implementation of multi-channel online and offline integrated global marketing campaigns.
To work with the MM to manage budgets, purchase orders and invoicing on a day to day basis. Including monitoring and reporting on spend.
Work with the MM to ensure all aspects of IBC’s marketing reach IBC’s quality threshold.
Help the MM to develop and maximize stakeholder and third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies.
Make sure the communications to stakeholders are of a high standard.
Keep the promotional plan up to date.
Monitor marketing related communications and report on agreed measures for marketing activity on a regular basis.
Strong communicator with excellent influencing and networking skills.
Organized individual with strong attention to detail and consistency across all mediums.

A proven track record in planning and implementing communications plans across a wide range of online and offline mediums.
Well developed, fast and accurate copy writing and proof reading skills.
Experience in writing copy for all marketing mediums including on-line, advertising, PR, DM etc. To provide collateral to support this.
Competent in researching and assimilating information without supervision.
Understanding and knowledge of SEO and social media activity.
Demonstrate a full understanding of marketing principles and their practical implementation.
Ability to report and analyze marketing responses for all channels.
Ability to work within an allocated budget and demonstrate budget management skills.
