Roles and Responsibility:
Salesanalysis reports (Weekly and Monthly)
Organising weeklysalestelecon and co-ordinating information between senior management andsalesteam
Processing thesalesorder Co-ordinating between the finance, logistic andsalesteam for the overall closure of the order.
Maintaining the necessary documents required for varioussalesprocesses like government tenders and major corporate business
Maintaining the POs, customer feedback and tender documents
Managing primary and secondarysalesdata on weekly basis and also update order status accordingly
Initiate discussion with the management team to update weekly and monthlysalesprojections
Dispatch of samples and product brochures to thesalesteam
Prepare the necessary documents as per requirement
