Job location: Delhi

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
DB Partitioning.
Replication.
DR Setup Or Data Guard.
Performance & Tuning.
Backup & Recovery.
Data Pump.
Installation, Configuration & Managing Oracle (9i/10g/11g) Database Server and Oracle Client Sql Developer & TOAD etc. on Linux and Windows7 and XP Platforms.
Database Cloning, upgrading and migration.
Applying security patches & other Patches for upgrading versions of database (9i/10g/11g) on different platforms.
Manage database objects like tablespace, user, Table, Index, roles, privileges, profiles, DB Links, Materialized views, partitioning, synonyms, sequences, views and indexes and other database objects etc.
SQL Loader, Data Pump, Original Export.
RMAN Backup & Recovery & User Managed Backup & Recovery.
Memory, I/O, and CPU utilization and Space Management.
Performance & Tuning, Monitoring the performance using tools such as AWR, ADDM, ASH, explain plan, tkprof and advisory for Monitor session statistics,memory statistics and load statistics to obtain optimal performance.
Work in 24/7 environment with shifts & weekend/on-call support.
Creating Physical/Logical Standby Database and performing switch-over and fail-over.
Replication : Using Materialized View & DB Links for Replication, Golden Gate will be additional advantage.
Good Knowledge of Linux OS.
Create, modify and delete jobs.
Creating Shell Scripts and setup in contactable for getting automated reports.
